X-Loop USA offers the following Returns Policy:

We purchase all of our products directly from the manufacturer; this is how we can offer you true wholesale prices without the "middleman" mark-ups. This is a wholesale site. All products offered here are at wholesale prices, and therefore, we do not give refunds and all sales are final.

We will accept returns if you receive the incorrect product(s) or defective product(s). You must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your order. We will provide you with a RMA# (return authorization number). After receiving the returned merchandise, and upon inspection to make sure all tags and labels are intact, we will replace the defective item(s) at our sole discretion.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and return shipping cost are non-refundable.

Our shipping rate for US customers is as follows.
1 Dozen = $7.95
2 Dozen = $11.95
3 Dozen = $14.95
4 Dozen = $15.95
5 Dozen = $16.95
6 Dozen = $17.95
7 Dozen = $21.95

Each dozen thereafter is an additional $1.00 per dozen
